I'm originally from CT but left the cold for college and kept moving South. I live in Durham, NC with my amazing husband and 2 extraordinary girls. When I am not hanging with them, I am usually painting. I love it and take every chance I get to practice, learn, and create. I also like to play with my bunny, garden, and visit with friends. Some of my favorite things are my girls' sweet smiles and giggles, coffee, beaches and mountains, and Christmas.

I have a background in education and a Ph.D. in French Studies -- I'm excited to merge these interests and experiences and offer some fun ways to connect with the community through art.
